Shipping
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not deliver outside the main island of Puerto Rico.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process the order prior to the delivery date. All details will be provided via the email used at checkout.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer shipping delivery through traditional mailling carriers. However, we do offer home delivery services for an additional fee within Puerto Rico (excluding Vieques & Culebra). At times, we use throughout our website the word "ship" to refer to our "delivery services".
The delivery fee will be shown at checkout, when you select the option to "ship". We may reach out to you via the email or phone number you provided at checkout to request additional delivery information and schedule an estimated delivery date.
Yes! We offer free pick-up services to our warehouse location for all of our customers within Puerto Rico.
For our pick-up services, simply select "pick-up" at checkout. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for the order to be fulfilled prior to pick-up (you will recieve a notification once it is ready for pick-up). Prior to pick-up make sure to message us to determine a scheduled pick-up time. Once you arrive, be sure to show us your purchase order receipt to successfully pick-up the items.
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but given the rare case our product doesn't work we will replace the product for a new one within the first 30 days of purchase.

We currently do not offer customization on products. All features and specifications are outlined on the product page. However, if you are interested in a certain product, please don't hestitate to message us with your suggestions.
