Refund policy

We have a 30-day guarantee return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a return for damaged items. Damaged Items are referred to as the equipment or product is not in optimal conditions due to manufacturer imperfections/ defects and as long as the product is within good use. We do reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the return and exchanges claim during the review process. 

To be eligible for a return, your item may be required to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If a product is damaged and does not work within the first 30 days of purchase, you will need to contact us to schedule return exchange claim. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a exchange replacement for the returned item, as well as instructions on how and when to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you in the claim's process.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will contact you for further information on the exchange process.
