Shipping policy

Currently, we only offer delivery services within the main island of Puerto Rico (this excludes Vieques & Culebra). 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship our products through traditional mailing carriers. However, for the convenience of our customers we do offer pick-up services and delivery services. At times, we use throughout our website the word "ship" to refer to our "delivery services". 

Our delivery services are available for customers within the main island of Puerto Rico (with the exemption of Vieques & Culebra). Delivery service costs is subject to change at any time without prior notification. When selecting our delivery services, select the option to "ship" and the price will be shown at checkout. If free, the amount shown at checkout should be equal to $0. We may reach out to you via the email or phone number you provided at checkout to request additional delivery information and schedule an estimated delivery date. 

Our Pick-up services are available for free for all of our customers within Puerto Rico. For our pick-up services, simply select "pick-up" at checkout. Please allow at least 24 business hours for the order to be fulfilled prior to pick-up. This option will allow you to pick up your order at our warehouse location for no additional cost. Prior to pick-up make sure to message us to determine a schedule pick-up time. Once you arrive, be sure to show us your purchase order receipt to successfully pick-up the items.
